Social Skills Group for Adolescents
FORMAT: 8 sessions
Wednesdays from 4pm-6pm
June 18th - August 13th (no session July 2nd)
COST: $1600 per child (payment plan options available)
No commitment to therapy is required to participate
This group provides social skills for adolescents (currently enrolled or entering high school) who struggle with effectively interacting with others, seeing alternative perspectives, respectfully asserting themselves, responding to conflict or bullying and, difficulties building and maintaining friendships.
This social skills group includes evidence-based skills taught by licensed clinicians that aims to build:
Conversation skills (joining, starting, maintaining, ending)
Assertiveness skills
Electronic communication skills & friendship skills
Problem-solving and coping skills
Perspective taking, accepting negative feedback and consequences

Adult/Young Adult DBT Skills Crash Course
FORMAT: 2-hour sessions weekly
Mondays from 3-5pm
beginning June 9th through August 11th

FORMAT: 2-hour weekly group sessions for adolescents on Wednesdays for 15 weeks + 3-hour monthly parent training (running from October to May with ongoing enrollment)

Parent/Caregiver DBT Skills Training
FORMAT: 3-hour sessions monthly Tuesdays from 5:30-8:30 pm (4/8, 5/13 and 6/10)
COST: $900 per family (payment plan options available)
No commitment to therapy is required to participate

Improve emotion regulation
Improve interpersonal communication
Provide behavioral strategies to changing behavior patterns within the family
